Signing in

Enter your authorized email address and we email you a 6-digit code — there is no password. Access is provisioned by Cyber World Solutions, so if your address is not recognized, nothing arrives; contact support@cyberworldsolutions.com to get set up.

Your AI team

The home screen lists your agents. Tap an agent to chat, or tap the microphone to talk live. The center microphone button always starts a voice session with your current agent.

Chatting

Type naturally — your agents understand plain language. The suggestion chips above the keyboard are shortcuts for common asks. Attach images or files with the paperclip. Every conversation is kept in the drawer (top left in a chat): pin the important ones, file them into folders, or archive what is done.

Talking

Tap the microphone and speak when the orb starts listening. You can interrupt the agent at any time — just start talking. Captions of both sides appear on screen. Voice sessions are recorded and transcribed so your business has a record; end one with the End Session button.

Command Center

The dashboard gathers what needs your attention: operations metrics, escalations, and today's schedule, as each of those is connected for your business. Panels that show "not connected yet" are waiting on a data source, not broken.

Briefings

Ask an agent for a recurring report — daily numbers, a Monday plan — under Command Center → Briefings. Briefings run on a schedule and arrive as normal agent messages.

Adding the app to your phone

On iPhone: open the Share menu in Safari and choose "Add to Home Screen." On Android: Chrome will offer "Install app," or use the browser menu. The app then opens full-screen like any other app.

Getting help

Need a person? Use Help & support on the sign-in screen, or email support@cyberworldsolutions.com — include your business name and what you were doing, and we will take it from there.
