Mission Control (the "Service") is a client portal provided by Cyber World Solutions ("we", "us"). It is made available to businesses that have a services agreement with Cyber World Solutions, and to the people those businesses authorize. By signing in you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself and, where applicable, the business that authorized your access.
If anything here conflicts with a signed services agreement between your business and Cyber World Solutions, the signed agreement wins.
Access is provisioned by Cyber World Solutions — there is no self-serve sign-up. Sign-in uses one-time codes sent to your authorized email address; there are no passwords. You are responsible for keeping access to that email address secure and for everything done through your session. Tell us promptly at support@cyberworldsolutions.com if you believe your access has been misused.
The Service lets you converse with AI agents by text and voice. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date. Verify anything important before acting on it. The agents' responses are not legal, financial, medical, or other professional advice, and actions the agents take on your behalf (scheduling, messaging, document creation) are performed under your business's instructions and configuration.
Voice conversations are recorded and transcribed so the Service can work and so your business has a record. By starting a voice session you consent to that recording. Do not include other people in a voice session without their consent where the law requires it.
You agree not to: use the Service for anything unlawful; attempt to probe, bypass, or break its security or access another customer's data; misuse the agents to harass, defraud, or impersonate; upload content you have no right to share; or resell access except under a written partner agreement with Cyber World Solutions.
We may suspend access that we reasonably believe threatens the Service or other customers, and will restore it once the issue is resolved.
Your business owns the content it puts into the Service and the records the Service keeps for it. You grant us the rights needed to operate the Service — to store, process, transmit, and display that content to the people your business authorizes. We do not sell your content and we do not use it to advertise to anyone.
Any fees for the Service are set out in your business's services agreement with Cyber World Solutions. Nothing is sold inside this app.
We work to keep the Service available and safe, but it is provided "as is" and we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may improve or change features over time; if a change materially reduces the Service, your business's services agreement governs its remedies.
To the fullest extent the law allows, Cyber World Solutions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Service, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amounts your business paid for the Service in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Your business may end its use of the Service under its services agreement. We may end or suspend access for material breach of these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive (content ownership, liability limits) survive.
These terms are governed by the law identified in your business's services agreement with Cyber World Solutions. If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will update the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell your business. Questions: support@cyberworldsolutions.com.
